As we celebrate Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to highlight our Logistics Manager, Aida Rodriguez. Aida joined our team in 2023 as a Dispatcher just as RAINTREE ROLL OFF SERVICES was launched to provide dumpster rental and roll-off services for industrial, commercial, and residential contractors.
Being part of the company’s early days in the industry, Aida took on a wide range of responsibilities, from customer service and door-to-door sales to operations, billing, and logistics in additional to her primary role as Dispatcher. As the company grew, so did her role—transitioning into Logistics Manager, where she now plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Aida emphasizes that strong time management skills are crucial in her fast-paced role, describing her work as “non-stop.” She collaborates daily with the sales, operations, trucking, and billing departments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the business.
Women in construction often face unique challenges, and Aida is no stranger to working in a male-dominated field. Reflecting on her journey, she shared, “I could have easily given up when they told me this wasn’t a woman-oriented field… but if you follow your dreams and stay committed to what you want to be in life, anything is possible.”
